And it should be!!!!
It drastically reduced my aches and pains and has helped me live a happier life!
When I first started seeing Chris I couldn’t do the simplest tasks without my right shoulder/neck area flaring up!!
After seeing her a couple times and doing the very light but very effective stretches she had me do I have forgotten what that pain even felt like!
My knee was also really bothering me.
Turns out I was out of alignment!
